We are looking to strengthen our sales team with a Territory Sales Manager for Sweden and Finland

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Territory Sales Manager is sales wise responsible for the countries of Sweden and Finland and reports to the MD. You build customer relationships creating and executing plans for business development (up- and cross sell). Your main target is existing customers. Your main priorities are achieving sales targets, undersanding customer needs and sell the best solution to the customer. You build-up customer intimacy to drive a strong customer relationship.

Price negotiations, regular visits/ contacts to offer support to and advise customers, developing business opportunities pro-actively and porfolio-selling activities are important in ths role. You collaborate with collagues to ensure that the customer gets what the customer needs. You will be responsible for clarifying and finding solutions to customers’ challenges and create tangible business results for them. You need to have subject matter expertise and be able to advise customers on their journey.

As a person, you have a strong technical drive and you are curious and constantly pushing your limits. You are passionate about technical solutions, sales as well as providing your customers with the best service.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Deepening and strengthening customer relationships
  • Enhancing driv,e demand and growing your territory
  • Supporting annual business plans to achieve the sales targets within the territory

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical environment / engineering from the glue / chemicals industry
  • Proven track record within solution sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Understanding the Customer
  • Team-player mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English (Finnish is advantageous)
  • Technical, e.g. University Degree in Engineering, skills or otherwise gained engineering skills
